Hi, all --

I am developing a proposed budget for an after-school program and would like
to indicate the value of the applicant organization's insurance coverage as
a contribution. Can anyone point me to the applicable regulations about how
the value of such contributions can be calculated?

The applicant is a not-for-profit corporation.
