Does anyone on the list have a policy relative to the use of institutional
compliance committees by outside parties (e.g., private physicians or
hospitals wanting to use IRB and/or rDNA committees . . . private research
institutes wanting to use ACUC, etc.)?  I would assume such a policy might
include the conditions under which an institutional committee might provide
such a service and what fees/stipulations, etc. might be attached.

If so, would you be willing to share such a policy?  You may reply directly
