This is the only list I subscribe to that allows attachments.  Some of them
are quite large and take a long time to download for those of us who work
from outside the office and don't always have access to a high speed
connection.

Should attachments be offered to those who want them or, alternately, put
on the web to be downloaded by those who wish to see them?  It's easy to do
this with both pdf and MS Office files.
