I am seeking input on how to best evaluate our Office and its performance.
If you are willing to share past experiences, ideas, and instrument(s), I
will deeply appreciate the correspondence.  In addition, I am looking for
ideas on how to measure the need for a grants workshop and, if there is a
need, the appropriate content.  Please feel free to respond off list or to
call if you prefer.
