Thank you, all of you who responded to my contract review question.  You have
given me an excellent overview of how contract review is managed.  We are
surprisingly similar with minor differences at least within academic
settings.  I also
have seen a somewhat different process within health/clinical institutions
where
a much 'tighter' legal overview appears to be generally is practiced.

Again, thank you for your help.  It will assist me in defining issues and
managing
relationships within our academic community and for that, your responses are
invaluable.
