Mary:

At Murray State University, Murray, Kentucky, Sponsored Programs reviews all
contracts and if the amount of the contract is $10,000 or above, we forward
the same to our institution's attorney for legal review. Otherwise the
contact is handled out of Sponsored Programs. The process works quite well
actually.
