Does anyone have a good model you would be willing to share for USAID
subcontracts under grants or cooperative agreements, or can anyone
recommend a good source of information on subcontracting requirements for
this agency.  (We don't need subcontracting advice for domestic
agreements--this request is limited to AID.)
