Dear Colleagues:

I am trying to develop a policy and a set of procedures that will preclude
research investigators from accepting incentive/bonus payments that are
related to the recruitment of research subjects for clinical trials.  If you
have such a policy, I would appreciate it very much if you would share it
with me.
