Hello all....

 First of all, allow me to apologize for a technical glitch that until
this morning was unnoticed by myself.  A patch applied to HRINET.ORG on
December 24th unbeknownst to me had rendered the server (and RESADM-L)
unable to send outgoing email.  So, while the list was happily receiving
submissions to RESADM-L, it was unable to forward emails to list members
(and even unable to email the error messages detailing the problems to me).

 As for the implications of this glitch, all the email sent to RESADM-L
have been properly stored in the web archive.  I would encourage anyone
interested in these messages (there was 1 in December after the 24th, and a
total of 13 so far in January) to use the following links to the web
archive:
