Can anyone tell me where in the Federal Regs I can find the guidelines for
time and effort reporting of grant personnel?  Couldn't find it in A-110.
Also, do any of you have particularly user-friendly T & E reporting forms
that you've developed at your institutions that you'd like to share with me?
