Thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry last week about
formal institutional review of rejected (declined, not selected, non-
funded...)proposals.  Many of you expressed an interest in the
subject, and I will keep you posted on what progress we make.
Among the responses I received, none one has a formal review or
data analysis process in place - most review seem to be done on
an informal, individual basis.  Since we are not looking at content
review, but rather institutional review, we may be headed into new
territory.
