Associate Director, Operational Services
Wisconsin Regional Primate Research Center (WRPRC)
The Wisconsin Regional Primate Research Center
(http://www.primate.wisc.edu) is seeking a talented individual to
lead our operational services division. This is key management
position at the center, responsible for overall administrative
coordination of operations, and supervision of administrative
services, financial operations, and grants management. S/he will
serve as a member of the Executive Committee of the WRPRC and will
participate fully in long-range strategic planning for the center.
The position requires extensive interaction with scientific and
support staff at the WRPRC and with university and NIH
administrators. The successful applicant will work closely with and
report to the Director of the WRPRC, including acting for him in his

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a biological science or related
field. Masters degree in business management or related field. At
least six years of substantial involvement in research or sponsored
programs administration. At least 6 years of management/supervisory
experience required, preferably in a research department setting.
Grantsmanship and budget experience are required. Knowledge of
university administrative policies and procedures a plus. Excellent
communication and organizational skills necessary.
