We have a commercial database (InfoEd) and we are working to put in User
Defined Fields that will allow us to print out Other Support reports for
all employees listed on grants at the institution, in the NIH format. This
is not in place yet, but we have hopes it will be soon. We have the usual
problems regarding tracking the funding that comes in through Development,
which is not on our database. For this, we rely on account printouts from
Finance that list sources of funding for the lab, in order to find the
accounts that did not come through our office -- tedious, but accurate.
