I am seeking assistance from an independent (or institutional) human
subjects review board who would consider reviewing a survey research project
of a federally funded youth risk behavior project in east central Illinois.
(Population group is 9th-12th graders in a 7-county rural region, and the
tool used is a modified version of the CDC's Youth Risk Behavior
Surveillance System tool.) We wish to obtain services of a review board
which can provide a review that meets regulatory requirements for a federal
