We received modifications to a couple of contracts with have with USDE. The
modifications require us to comply with specific security policies. Two of
the policy documents are the US Department of Education Information
Technology Security Manual Handbook Number 6, and US Department of Education
Personnel Security-Suitability Program Handbook Number 11.

After repeated email messages and phone calls to USDE (that go largely
unanswered) over the last few months, I have been unable to locate those two
documents.

Does anyone have copies of those documents or the security language in them?
It's sort of tough to assure compliance with policies we've been unable to
read!
