We print out a copy of all applications sent on-line. Why? Hmmmm. I
suppose because it is easier having all the info in one place (compliance,
our internal forms, etc.) and to have historical information secure. It's
true we can lose paperwork (rarely), but I am more comfortable with that
possibility than the threat of having documents deleted.
