As to choice of law, we routinely insist on Michigan with the second choice being to remain silent
but we really do not have a serious problem with accepting another state as contract law varies
little from state to state.  We do however, insist on a disclaimer if we do accept another state,
stating that by accepting "whatever" state we do not waive our right to certain immunities to tort
liability granted to us under Michigan Statute.
