Colleagues:

We are trying to set up a system to accept credit card payments for
sponsored projects and have some important questions for those of you that
have already done this:

Is the credit card fee that is charged by the bank an allowable cost on a
federal project?  How about a non-federal project?  If you do not charge it
as a direct cost to the project, is it absorbed under your F & A costs?

I would really appreciate hearing from any of you that have already answered
these questions.
