We at Oregon State University are considering holding regular "Brown Bag"
meetings or something of this sort.  The purpose of these meetings is to
"get in touch" with departmental staff.  To learn what they go through in
submitting proposals, to learn how we can best help them to do their jobs,
etc.  Any of you who are currently doing something such as this, or have
done it in the past and can lend any insight into the development,
execution, etc., I would value your input.  You may either reply directly or
in person.
