Post Award Administrator / Financial Analyst

Allegheny-singer Research Institute (ASRI), a member of the West Penn Allegheny Health System, and the research arm of Allegheny General Hospital (AGH) is seeking a Post Award Administrator to provide administrative and fiscal expertise in grants and contracts management in the Research Accounting office.

ASRI is a non-profit organization that manages a medical research portfolio funded by federal funds, foundations, associations and industry.

A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 2-3 years post award sponsored program administration, fund of grant accounting experience is required.  This position requires a working knowledge of OMB Circulars A-122, A-110 and A-133, excellent communication, organization and analytical skills, and the ability to interact with multiple levels internally and externally.  Must be proficient with automated general ledger systems and Lotus 1-2-3 and/or Excel.  Experience with building a web page and/or HTML a plus.  ASRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
