Hello friends-
I hope you can help me out.  We're in the process of getting information
together for our permanent indirect cost rate proposal to DHHS, due by the
end of the year.  Though many will be involved in the info gathering phase,
I will be drafting the actual proposal.  This is great, except for the fact
that this will be my first time (yikes!).  I'm hoping someone can tell me
where I can view a good example of a successful proposal.  I understand that
this deals with specific (and confidential) institutional information, but
I'd like to get an idea of the language and structure that DHHS expects.
Any guidance you can give me would be appreciated.
