Does anyone out there have Hatch Funds and know the regulations as to
whether these can be used as match without prior written approval on
other non-federal projects?  These are handled as direct appropriations
on our campus and therefore I do not know the terms behind them.
Someone inquired as to whether they can be used as matching funds on a
state funded project.  Anyone?
