Yes, Herbert,  it's still applicable.  The latest statuatory limit that I
was aware of was effective beginning in the contractor's fiscal year 2000
of $353,010.  This limit applies to all forms of compensation to include
fringe.  Every couple of years the threshold is updated and is published in
the federal register.  Good Luck.
