Hello all-
My institution is starting to go through the negotiation process for our
final rate. I'm not in charge of the committee (thank goodness!), but I
would like to offer what help I can. The hardest part about being
unfamiliar with this process is that if you don't know what questions to
ask, you miss out on some very important answers. Does anyone have any
suggestions as to what I can read to help me navigate through this process?
I have the Guide for Colleges and Universities from DHHS, but it reads like
stereo instructions written in doublespeak. Help!
