Debbie and Greg:
NCMA here in Philadelphia was made up mostly of Government Employees. I,
too, find that NCURA is much better and is really geared for those of us in
Educational Institutions. I did, however, learn a few "tricks of the
trade" from NCMA, but definitely NCURA is the way to go.
