Our office which is primarily pre-award activities for the main campus
processes on average 40 proposals a month.   As of this date we have
submitted 431 proposals and have processed over 352 contract related
documents.   We have a full time person handling all proposal
activities,   one person handling only contract activities and a
secretary who does reports and files.   On average,  I spend 12 hours a
day in the office.
