Hi all,
I contacted the USDE Teacher Enhancement program this morning, as I have
been trying to submit a FastLane proposal since yesterday morning for
today's 5 pm deadline.  FastLane continues to be down.  I was told that the
deadline has been extended to 5 pm Monday, May 21.
