RE:  compliance in federal subs

I include a list, then add the statement, "Subcontractor further agrees to
conduct the study in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of
the [grant/contract/subcontract], a copy of which is attached hereto as
Attachment 3 and hereby incorporated herein."  That way, you're sure to
cover everything--even for those instances in which the award has some
special term that may not be typical.
