Please Note: NSF is still experiencing connectivity problems to most of
their Web Sites. Throughout the day, users may experience problems accessing
FastLane. NSF is working with their ISPs to correct these problems.

The deadline for Teacher Enhancement preliminary proposals (NSF 01-60) and
HPNC proposals (NSF 01-73) have been extended to Monday 5:00 P.M. local time
due to these problems.
