I have been out of the office for just over a week, and did not notice that the
list had stopped processing emails on May 7th.  I have restarted the listserv,
and apologize for the lapse in the list's operation.  All the emails sent to the
list over the last week are being processed now (and you've probably received
most of them by now!)
