Colorado State University needs to automate our Sponsored Programs
accounting activities.  We're looking for a commercially available product
that covers invoicing, receivable aging, and collections activities.  We
have an internally developed ACCESS database with ORACLE ledgers.  If you
have such a system that you like (or dislike!) I would appreciate hearing
