The College of Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh
invites applications for a new 12-month, full-time Grants
Officer.  Starting date is 1 July 2001 or as soon as possible
thereafter.  The ideal candidate will identify funding sources,
disseminate information, work closely with the Dean and appropriate
faculty and staff to develop curricular and institutional proposals to
both federal agencies and private foundations, and coordinate follow
through on grants received.  Bachelors degree, successful experience
writing grant proposals and computer/Internet skills required; familiarity
with foundation and federal funding processes and climate
desirable.   Send letter of application, resume, three recent letters of
reference, transcripts and writing sample to Michael Zimmerman, Dean,
