What would you call an "off-campus" project as a subcontractor is usually
(at least in my experience)located off campus?

Most of our studies use the on-campus rate, so we'd use that for the $25K on
the sub . . . if we had an off-campus project, I'm sure we would charge the
off-campus rate for the $25K also.
