Hi everyone:

On proposal submissions that do not require cost sharing,  are you
showing a faculty member's effort committed to the project as cost
sharing by using a  (3) column budget approach?   Are you showing value
of the effort,  fringe benefit calculation and possibly F & A?    With
NSF,  are you showing an amount in the cost sharing block for value of
faculty effort or are you leaving the block blank?
