I would be reluctant to take the word of the vendor.  If they are
unscrupulous
enough to be disbarred or suspended, how could I accept any certification of
theirs?  I'd want to see the Fed's listing.

I believe that the list is published by GSA.  As I mentioned in an earlier
post,
they do not have it in an electronic format.  At least not yet.  The
technoweenies may be able to figure a way to get the paper version into
electronic format.
