It's been a long time since ERA.  How are you doing, Doug?

May the contracting gods be with you in dealing with HUD.  Wait until your
grants accounting folk take a look at the payment system they've cooked up!
They a so proud of it, too.  They call it "dialing for dollars", and they just
rolled it out a few years ago.  I almost choked when I saw it.  You key the
payment info in on the key pad of the telephone.  There's a huge string of
numbers you have to keep track of, and one mistake and it's start all over
again.  It isn't even a toll free number.

They would not discuss any terms with me.  Good luck to you!
