Colleagues -

We are re-considering our NRSA postdoc policies here at Northwestern, and
would appreciate your input on what happens at your institution.  Could you
please share with us a paragraph or URLs indicating what you are offering
NRSA postdocs in terms of benefits, what document or policy you use to
describe to them the tax consequences of their various forms of
compensation, and how you are aggregating and reporting their compensation
(stipends, wages, supplements, etc.) at the end of the tax year?
