An old topic that seems to be resurfacing.

One or two of our investigators who do the "site visit trail" have been
coming back and saying that NIH is recommending to project
directors/investigators that their institutions should issue credit cards to
the investigators for purchases under these programs being site visited.

Has anyone seen or heard anything along these lines at their institutions or
at the various regional or national meetings being held this time of year.
