Hello,

I have a quick question regarding increases in F&A rates.  Our F&A rate
increased by one percent last year.  Is the new increased F&A rate
applicable to continuing awards (e.g. year two of a three year award) in
which we originally applied for the award at a lower F&A rate?  If so, is
there a OMB circular citation that addresses the issue?
