Amy,

If you have not already created a budget page in Fastlane, then the
Co-PI's name
will automatically appear on the budget pages that you create. However,
if you
have already created a budget page in Fastlane, and THEN you add a Co-PI
to the cover sheet,  it is my experience that you have to delete the
original budget page, and then when you create the budget page again,
the Co-PI's name will appear on the budget page!
