Okay, I'm having issues filling out the Fastlane forms.  I've added a Co-PI,
but he doesn't show up in the budget section.  I can't add him as Senior
Personnel because I had to delete him from there to add him as the Co-PI,
but I can't add him to the budget unless he is listed as Senior Personnel.
This is my first adventure with Fastlane, so I must just be missing a step.
Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?
