Has anyone been asked to sign a "Human Subjects Rights Agreement and
Indemnity Agreement" for Clinical Research Grants program proposals
submitted to the National Academy of Neuropsychology?  They want the
institutional rep to sign off on indemnifying the NAN for their (i.e.,
the NAN's) actual or alleged negligence.
