Regarding Access support...

Microsoft has it's own Newsgroup Server (A fast one too).   On this
Newsgroup Server reside about 1400 Newsgroups, dedicated to discussing all
things Microsoft.

There are currently about 23 separate Newsgroups dedicated to various Access
issues.

If you have a Newsgroup-enabled program (like Netscape Communicator, or
Outlook, or Entourage)  Just plug in Microsoft's Newsgroup Server address:

msnews.microsoft.com

There's a feast of information there.
