Dear FIPSE Applicants:
I'd like to hear from anyone who chose to use Acrobat Exchange 4.0 to fill in the
required forms for U.S. Dept. of ED - FIPSE program (deadline - Friday, Jan. 26).
Did any of you have the same difficulties with fields (3), (8) and (9) on the
Title Page that we had?  They were [apparently] impossible to fill in because they
had not been defined as "multiple line" fields. Of 11 response categories, 3 had
this difficutly, requiring us to finally resort to good old fashioned "cut and
paste" (literally).  I'm not sure what the designers had in mind with this, but I
thought the value of posting PDF solutions was to facilitate electronic entry?
If someone got around this problem, I'd be very intereseted in how that was done.
