I am writing from the University of Minnesota to request assistance from
grants and contracts accounting people.  For those of you on the SECA
list-serve, I apologize for the duplicate e-mail.

We are trying to complete the letter of credit reports for the quarter
ended 9/30/00 but are finding major issues with the data supplied by
PMS.  I understand that this is a widespread problem.  My questions:

Will you be submitting the report and if so, by today's due date?

How will you be handling data correction issues - especially if the
awarded amounts have been incorrectly decreased or the recipient account
numbers have not been updated?

What, if any, advice have you received from PMS regarding how to make
corrections and when they will input the corrections into their system?

When is the December quarter report going to be available?

I'd also appreciate any other information / insights you can provide.
