I don't see how you can do one subcontract if you have a restricted funds
accounting system. Under that system, you would have to keep the funds
from each award in a separate account, as far as tracking funds is
concerned, and each subcontract would be a subaccount of the mother grant.
If you do one subcontract from the two awards, aren't you mingling dollars
you are required to keep separate?
