I have been asked to find out how other institutions distribute the funding
returned to them for  overhead/facilities & administrative costs on
projects.  I am aware that some (actually I believe most) institutions
return the largest portion to higher administration with a smaller
proportion going back to colleges and/or departments and/or faculty.

I would appreciate any information this group is willing to share regarding
distribution of IDC at institutions.  Thank you in advance for any
assistance you can provide.
