Could someone please tell me if there is a NIH form called a relinquishing
statement, and where to find it if there is?  I have a PI who is leaving to
work for another institution, and I've been told to file a Financial Status
Report and a relinquishing statement to release access to his remaining
grant funds.  I found the FSR form on the OMB site, but I'm not sure if the
other is simply a written statement releasing legal access or an official
form.
This is my first time with this situation, so any advice on how to smooth
the process would be appreciated.
