We had a similar situation here at Boston University with NIA where we had 3
subcontracts at a University. We were awarded F&A on the 1st $25,000 on all
3 contracts combined.
Like Audrey said, it depends on the institute (I may be wrong), but I don't
think there is room for negotiation.
