Hello, all.  We have a PI who is going to submit a proposal for a RUI
(cooperative) in January.  We're trying to find out if service contracts
are allowable under NSF guidelines.  She is under the impression that
service contracts are allowable for new equipment purchased with a
grant.
Is this accurate?  I can't find anything in the Grant Proposal Guide
about this type of expense, or in the RUI guidelines.
